  • Sweet & Sour Meatballs. Easy, basic and simple…but packed full of flavor! These meatballs are delicious alone or used on sandwiches! They are versatile enough to change to a ground beef, or standard meatball meat mixture- depending on your preference and diet toleration.  



  • Easy Pot Roast with Vegetables. Some nights dinner just needs to be simple. Completely thoughtless and worry-free. This crock-pot “dump” style dinner is just that! Plus, adding in extra root vegetables makes this even more nutrient dense and body friendly!  




  • Chicken Divan. OH, Forks!™ created this recipe with their grandmother. She loved the recipe and was pleased even more so that it worked for everyone’s diets. She had diabetes, and we avoided gluten and dairy. The ingredients are easily changed to completely dairy free by using plant-based parmesan cheese.  



  • Salmon Fillets with Vanilla Champagne Sauce. If you like salmon, this vanilla sauce is delectable and amazing! Paired with the right sides, this dish looks professional and like it came from a high-end restaurant! Even better? It’s full of antioxidants, protein and Omega-3s!
