Exchange & Return Policy

Products that are eligible to be returned for a product exchange must be reported to Reclaiming Intimacy within 5 business days of delivery. Any defects, order mistakes, or other problems not reported within 5 business days of delivery will not be considered eligible for any return or exchange. Products may only be exchanged for the original item. If the same item is not available, we may offer a similar or substitute products.

Since we strive to ship orders as soon as possible, cancellations are not available. It is important that you double check your order before you finish placing it to ensure your product and order qualities are correct.

Refunds are issued on a case by case basis in most cases due to requested item out of stock.
